Q: macbook pro retina display cursor crazy

Hi everyone, I am really concern about my issue with my macbook retina display since it only have less than 2 years and the cursor is jumping with no control even it switch side to side from desktop to the dashboard as if someone handle, I try some commands I see on the internet but nothing seems to work Idk what to do, when I shut it down and then restart sometimes it works but for a short time.

There is any chance that apple can fix my mac without me paying to them? cuz I read that someone took his mac to and apple store and as it was a hardware problem so they repair with no cost since they detected it came from a batch failed.

Help me please!!!!
