Mail/Preferences/Junk Mail - make sure Sender is in Contacts is checked. If so, try resetting the Junk Mail filter.

I have the same problem, but the sender is checked, and Mac Mail still filters it. My iPhone and iPad do not filter them, but my Mac does. These email are just notifications I get from Twitch when a streamer goes live, nothing more. I realize Mac may think they are spam, but I have tried making Mail rules to remove that address from the junk folder and I have reset my junk filtering, to no avail.

If the e-mails aren't brown/tan, then your e-mail provider may have marked them as junk, which would explain why the not junk option isn't there. Try going to the e-mail provider's website to see if you can adjust the junk settings there.

If the sender is in your contacts, you can also define the rule "all mails from my contacts are not junk".

Go into Mail/Preferences/ than on the JunkMail tab set the option as described.

Thank you! I think the problem is, as you said, from my email provider. I will try to fix what I can on the mac end as you have suggested, but I need to fix the source as well. Thank you, you have been very helpful.
