My iphone is using wi-fi data despite having turned off background app refresh. There are no cellular towers in the area and I only have 48MB/day at this camp job. I can't connect with my family because something keeps eating up my bandwidth. Please help.
Make sure you have photo upload turned off. Apart from that, follow the steps from these support articles:

Thanks for the reply. I went through those support articles but they're all specific to cellular data and not Wi-Fi data. I'm at a remote site and the only connection is over limited Wi-Fi. I need to find out what's eating all my data.
