I purchased a Windows Quicktime Pro serial several years ago. When I log in to Apple Support to recover the serial number the pop up selector on the duration of the order history only goes back 18 months. How do I get my serial number ?
Apple only stores the record for 18 months.
If you didn't write it down or keep the email sent by Apple there is no way to recover it.
