Q: i have a Iphone 4S i purchased from Apple and have been using Virgin Mobile for over a year now and there refusing to unlock it because there saying that the phone im using now was replaced from Apple Care program I had on the phone last December.
I have a Iphone 4S i purchased from Apple and have been using Virgin Mobile for over two years now and there refusing to unlock it because there saying "that the phone im using now (was replaced from Apple Care program I had on the phone last December) hasn't been a year yet. Even though its been over two years since i used there service before the original phone was replaced because Apple Care couldn't fix it. So Virgin Mobile isn't acknowledging the old phone was replaced With the one i have which is the same type phone 4S with a sim slot. When i updated the phone ##update# Virgin Mobile locked my phone for another year.
Is there a way for the phone to get unlocked without paying someone to unlock the phone?
I tried Restoring the phone but VIRGIN MOBILE STILL SHOWS UP! And the sim card from another carrier is blocked.
My IMEI: 99000405473415
iPhone 4S, iOS 8.3
