Q: How do I activate iCloud Keychain when it sends a verification to my old phone and it doesn't work?

I got a new sim and wanted to activate the iCloud Keychain to get my previous settings from my old phone but it wanted to send a verification code to my old number which it can't at the moment because I'm in the middle of changing it!
