I lost my IP6 could apple use IMEI to find my iphone location? I'm in Vietnam

Apple is not a police. They do not do lost and found, but if you enabled find my iphone feature and the phone is connected to internet - you can help yourself and find it.

Apple does not perform this service, as it is considered a violation of privacy. Otherwise anyone could give them *your* IMEI and be able to track you with Apple's help. Use Find My iPhone (you can log into iCloud.com using any computer if you have no other iDevice) to see if you can track it. If no, then there's nothing that can be done.

I do not think you are correct. Location of IMEI is just impossible, has nothing to do with privacy. Privacy breach would providing information, getting that info is impossible.
