Lately I had a problem with bootcamp screen. every time i wanted to boot with windows, the screen was blurry and i couldnt do nothing.
i've tried to reinstall windows but it didnt help.

2. What drivers are loaded in Control Panel -> Display Adapters -> GPU?

It's a MacBook Pro 13 Mid 2012 2.5GHz.

2. Was Windows installed using EFI boot (not the normal Windows icon)? Was the installation interrupted at any time?
3. Does Windows boot in Windows Safe Mode?

1. Yes. The OSX work perfect without any GPU issues.
2. I couldn't install windows because every time I'm trying to install the Windows, i can't see because of this problem (I deleted the windows because i thought its a windows problem, and after i've done all boot camp process again, i couldnt see nothing).

The hardware seems to be fully functional, but the driver used during Windows installation is onto working. Are you using a Windows DVD or a USB to install Windows?

Is there an AutoUnattend.xml on your USB? Are you installing W7 or W8+?
No, there is no AutoUnattend.xml on my USB.
i've tried to install Win 7 and Win 8 and it didn't work.
If possible, can you test with W8.1?
