How to copy and paste objects to the same position in different slides?

I'm using Keynote for a presentation.

I can't copy and paste objects to other slides to exactly the same position as the original copied object.

When I paste the objects they simply appear in different places, or with a small position increment aside or below the original position.

Annoying.

Any ideas?
