numbers doc created in iCloud not syncing with mac

I created a new Numbers doc today using the web version of Numbers on iCloud.com. I can access this file through iCloud.com no problem, but I cannot access this file in numbers on the Mac and it's not listed in iCloud Drive. I can however access this doc on my iPad. Why is it not syncing to the Mac? I also noticed a numbers file I deleted from iCloud is still in my iCloud Drive folder. Browsing iCloud Drive through iCloud.com shows the correct files, but iCloud Drive folder on my Mac does not show them. I'm running Yosemite 10.10.3.

MacBook Pro (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2013), OS X Yosemite (10.10)

I have exactly the same issue. Just got the new numbers 3.5.3 version and its not been fixed.

To add to what your saying, if I create and upload a document on my mac, I can then re-download it (on my mac) but it doesn't show in iCloud on i devices.

I would presume its a ios and os incompatibility issue. I hope apple fix this soon.

Figured it out javajunkie. I was using Chrome as my default browser, I changed that to Safari and all is as it should be.

Good to know. I was using Chrome on a Windows machine when I created the Numbers file on iCloud.com.
