Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly, you are not receiving a reset email. I would recommend that you read these articles, they may be helpful in troubleshooting your issue.

Update your Apple ID or password on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, Mac, PC, and Apple TV.

May 21, 2015 12:37 PM in response to leighfromsunderlandby iCensored,Did you sign out of iCloud before changing your email? If not you'll have to change your email back, log out, then change your email again. iCloud doesn't just update your email across devices for security reasons.
