Q: icloud and e-mail settings

I Havent updated my icloud storage space for about maybe 2 years now. I really havent felt the need to, and I also cant, because my backup is too big and deleting some of the files on my iphone is not really an option right now. Anyway, I received an email from apple saying that if I dont update my storage space or reduce the amount of space that I am using, I wont be abble to send or receive any messages from the icloud email adress im using. Does that mean that my email app will become useless for this email account? Or will I be abble to keep using it normally? If not, is there anything else I can do?

iPhone 4S, null

    Howdy mieleko,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities.

The message you are receiving which states you have to upgrade your iCloud storage in order to further use iCloud Mail, indicates just that.  Your iCloud storage is either getting full or completely full, and you will no longer be able to use iCloud Mail.  To resolve this issue, either delete content from your iCloud storage, or upgrade your iCloud storage.  To learn more about managing your iCloud storage, take a look at the article below.

    Have a good one,
