Windows 8.1 VM is not properly recognising the (portuguese) Mac keyboard.
The VM was installed / runs on top of Boot Camp.
When at the VM I type "?" something else shows up, I don't know where to strike to get "?", etc...
What can I do?

Is Windows set up for Portuguese? You can do that within Windows by going to Control Panel>Language>add languages.

Yet it does not adequately recognise the keyboard.

This is a Windows / VM issue. It's not related to anything Apple. I suggest you contact you post your question on a Windows forum
The Windows VM operates on top of a Mac machine, a purpose pursued by Apple, the Apple support community includes this section on "windows compatibility", therefore I believe the question is not at all out of place.
