HELP
Since last ITunes update my ITunes now does not sync with either of my IPhones on first connection. It backs up but then just shows as syncing for hours.
If I disconnect then reconnect the phone it works BUT iTunes then fails to recognise that my PC has OUTLOOK installed. So it wont sync contacts diaries etc. (on the first connect that just stalls it DOES recognise that Outlook is there...but it as no sync happens it is useless. As background my PC runs Windows 8, my IPhones are a 5S and a 4. My outlook is part of my Office 2013. my IPhone software is up to date my ITunes software is up to date.
