SOMEONE PLS HELP ME

i lost my ipod touch 5 and got a new one but I don't know how to transfer my old pictures to my new iPod I have an iCloud ID and its the same one i used for my old iPod touch but i don't know how to use it to get my old pictures back someone pls help because I had a lot of pictures in there that ment a lot to me thx and pls help
