I understand that you are receiving errors when attempting to backup your iPhone. I would first restart your iPhone, iTunes and your computer. Once this is done, test making a backup. If the issue persists, take a look at the troubleshooting steps in the article below.
If you can't make an iTunes backup of your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
