change earphones twice

Hi,

I have an ipod 5th generation that i bought on august 17th 2014. So the warranty is still good since it has been a year yet. I had so change the earphones that came with it because they weren't working anymore so they gave me a new pair with the integrated remote and microphone this time. But here i am again with non-working headphones. So my question is, can they give me a new pair even though they already gave me a new pair before? Can they exchange it twice? thanks
