Mac Pro 4,1 Temperatures

Hi,


I am working on Mac Pro 4,1 Early 2009. For some time now I have noticed that the machines fans are spinning faster and therefore it is not as silent as it used to be.


What is the Northbridge Chip and where is it located?


Are these normal running temperatures?

Ambient 32.9

IOH HeatSink 65.0

Northbridge Chip 77.4

PCIE slot 1 56

PCIE slot 3 60


System details:

Processor 2.66 GHz Quad-Core Intel Xeon

Memory 12 GB 1066 MHz DDR3 ECC

Graphics 2x NVIDIA GeForce GT 120 512 MB

Software OS X 10.8.5 (12F2518)


Running two displays:

20-inch DVI (1680 x 1050)

30-inch DVI Late 2005 (2560 x 1600)
