ipod nano 5 is not recognized by iMac

My iPod nano 5 is not recognized by iMac, another iPod nano 5 is working fine. Even disk mode doesn't work. Only "Use iTunes to Restore" appears (or Disk Mode after reset...).

iPod nano, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5), iMac 9,1
