App rejected and the email is going to internal testers

I have submitted an app to the app store and it got rejected(because of a crash). Anyway, the reason for rejection has been mailed to some of the Internal Testers rather than to the email id I have provided for reviews. Why did this happen?

That is how iTunes Connect is structured. If you wish to avoid sharing the notices such as these, your need to set up the members as external testers, who do not receive notices. You are required to gain Apple approval for external testers with each release, however we find that approval is very fast (24 hours or less). Getting the app approved for sale in the iTunes App Store is much longer - 7 to 14 days most often.
