Have you tried resetting the devices you think might be affected?


  • Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button
  • Press and hold on the Home button
  • Keep holding both buttons until the display turns off and back on with Apple logo on it.

Alternatively, you may go to Settings - General - Reset - Reset All Settings

If this does not help, restore your devices to factory settings. Note that this will erase the data from your device.

i don't have the phone with me. the hacker did, the thing is i have coc games on my phone but it used to log out becaue somebody is trying to open it and i don't have any idea who is it and how can he access my account. I'm trying to change everything on my password in game center even password in my iTunes or i cloud but still he can access it.

i just want to know can can he not access my account? what do i need to change?
