unmount camera in photos
I have a MacBook Pro that just upgraded to Yosemite. Using photos, recognizes camera and imports photos without problem, but how do I unmount my camera!?

If Photos does not show an eject button to the right of the camera in the Import panel, you can simply disconnect the camera from computer.

When all photos have been imported, disconnect the camera or device from your computer.
If you import from a card reader, you will see an eject button.
