Q: My iphone 5 screen is stuck on the itunes symbol

Hello Guys, I am having some issues with my iphone 5. I was having problems updating ios 8.3.1. I was advised to update via itunes. When I did a backup on itunes via my computer. I received an error message 4005. Now, my iphone screen is stuck on the connect to itunes logo. I tried to restore it but without any luck.

This is what I have done so far:

I have pressed the on off switch on my iphone numerous times but nothing happens.

My itunes is updated to the current version.

I have restarted my computer but the problem still persists.

My windows computer is updated.

Sometimes my computer doesn't recognize the device.

I don't know what else to do. Can someone please help me fix this its so frustrating. I really need my iphone. I appreciate your help
