Our school has 3 Apple Tvs that crashed this week. My iMac doesnt recognize them

Please help! Why are the APple Tvs crashing? The light is blinking slowly. Unless it's connected to my iMac then it blinks fast, but won't pull up in iTunes. 2 were Gen. 3 and 1 is Gen. 2

They all three just show the APPLE logo and won;t boot up. The gen 2 shuts itself off.

You need to restore via iTunes. Make sure you follow the steps exactly (disconnect all cables, connect micro USB, the 3rd gen will require you to reconnect power). Connect directly to computer. Try a different cable

If your Apple TV fails to restore through iTunes……..

Check that you have correctly followed the instructions for your model of Apple TV.
If not already, try using a powered USB port.
Repeat the process but this time try connecting the cable while iTunes is closed.
Repeat the process with another cable.
Try restoring the Apple TV on another computer in another location.
