macbook pro storage glitch

When i check my storage in system report it says i have two disks each have 120gb but one of the disks is full and the other has 42 gb left, it was like this when i got it. My grandma bought me this mac and she said she bought the 256 gb version but when i check about this mac it says i only have 120 gb.User uploaded fileUser uploaded file

There is no question that you have a MBP with 120 GB storage. What you have to do is find out the price of the MBP's with 120 GB storage and 256 GB storage and compare that to what your Grandmother paid. If there is a discrepancy, then you will have to contact Apple directly and resolve the problem with them.


If it was purchased directly from Apple, you have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the MBP for an exchange or a refund.
