I set up an icloud account and configured all of my devices, laptop and desktop computer to work with it. Then I went into Photos and created a shared album. This album shows up everywhere except for when I use my laptop or desktop computers (using Safari) to go to icloud, com. Not only does the shared album not appear, there are no albums showing at all except for one that is titled "all Photos". If I click on the "Moments" tab (Moments??? Why?) I see some images but not the ones in the shared folder. Am I missing something here? Well, obviously I am missing something so let me rephrase the question. What am I missing here?

Hey David,

That can be easily cleared up for you to view your photos that you have shared. If you want to see those photos, you will need to add the option to create a public website and a link will be created to view those pictures. The reason for this is that those photos that are shared do not count against your storage so they are handled differently than your library.
