I Do not know whether it is the cause or not but just after updating the software for my 38mm Sport, I noticed two issue: 1) a green rectangular appears in every screen when rolling the digital crown and 2) all screens are not perfectly centered anymore. How can I solve them, mainly the super annoying green rectangular?

Hey, guess I'm replying to my original post!
Anyway, I went to Settings/Accessibility and turned off Zoom. Voilà! All is well again.
No more rectangle, no more centering issues.

THanks a lot for your support. This was exactly what I did and worked. All data before saved was kpet after restart, except Music, which I had to sync again.

I used the two methods of restarting my Apple Watch and the centering issue/green rectangle persists.
Affects watch function adversely.
