As a first step for troubleshooting these issues where you are seeing a green rectangle on your Apple Watch screen, I'd like you to please restart your Apple Watch by following the directions below.

THanks a lot for your support. This was exactly what I did and worked. All data before saved was kpet after restart, except Music, which I had to sync again.

Affects watch function adversely.
Any other advice?

Anyway, I went to Settings/Accessibility and turned off Zoom. Voilà! All is well again.
No more rectangle, no more centering issues.
