Apple watch stationery bike activity calories off

I have entered my age/weight etc for my Apple Watch. I often use a stationery bike. Due to mild COPD, I can't get a high heart rate as I start wheezing so I just do a mild workout for about 20 mins. When I use the app on my watch, It shows about 8 calories burned in 20 mins! I KNOW that isn't right. Ideas?

Hi SunStrikeJill,

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your new Apple Watch. If you have concerns about the accuracy of some of the Workout data you are seeing, you may want to try the walking calibration (if possible) as outlined in the following article:

This calibration process can also help improve the accuracy of your overall calorie estimations in many of the other workout categories in the Workout app, and the calorie, distance, Move, and Exercise estimations in the Activity app.
