create a formula in numbers

I am trying to create a table in which the total calculated is as follows: 40 for 0 items, 100 for 1 item, and 50 for each additional item beyond the first one. Suggestions?

ItemsTotal

1100
2150

nlimthong,

As this is the second time you have asked this same exact question in five days, and it was answered in your previous posting, is there something that we are missing? It looks like the previous poatings asnwer didnt solve your issue, and Wayne is basically giving you the same thing again.

If we need to clarify or expand on our answers please let us know so we can get an answer that satisfies what you are trying to accomplish.

thanks

jason
