Can anyone get this to work? I tap "Download and Install", put in my passcode, and it says "Downloading to Watch" for about 1 second then just goes back to the original screen, ie. never downloads to the watch. HELP!

Make sure your wi-fi is turned on on your phone or it will not download, its worth checking.
Yeah i got wifi on, bluetooth everything. At my home network.
I have a passcode on my watch, and phone. Not sure if this matters.

Must also be hook to your charger.
Yes it is hooked to my charger.
The dialog looks like it is starting to update, but then it just fails and does not install. No error message, no nothing.
FYI I FIXED THIS BY REMOVING MY WATCH PASSCODE. this allowed the update to proceed.
