Submitting a publication from a PC
Greetings,
A friend of mine has a couple of books he'd like to publish to. However, he is on a PC, and is not in a financial situation to buy a Mac.
How would they go about publishing to the Bookstore, beyond setting up an account? Can they only publish if they have a Mac?
