Can the family organizer limit what is sharable - e.g. only iTunes music?

With ios 8 on the iPhone 6 is the organizer of Family Share able to define what can be shared? So, it might be that I (as the organizer) only want to share iTunes music with my wife. I may not want to share apps and pictures (mostly because she doesn't want them. Is it possible to set it up with such a limit?

MacBook Pro with Retina display, OS X Mountain Lion (10.8.2)

No, you can't just have one time of content shared, it will be all purchases that will show in the cloud for downloading - you can only hide individual purchases (which will also hide them from the cloud for yourself) : Hide and unhide purchases in the iTunes Store - Apple Support.
