May 21, 2015 9:20 AMby ChrisJ4203,Take a look at this support document regarding no SIM issues. If you see 'No SIM' alert on iPhone - Apple Support Also, please explain what you mean when you say "it does not accept it" in regards to the SIM.
The alternative is to contact the cellular carrier you got the SIM from to ensure it is provisioned correctly.

May 21, 2015 11:59 AMby Ali Alkhazragy,As I mentioned before I got this device from my uncle and this device had not any problem when he was using it at USA but when I tried to use it at Iraq this problem appeared. Also, SIM is working in other device but not working with this device. it might be locked as you mentione, if it is, what should I do to fix this issue

May 21, 2015 3:32 PMby ChrisJ4203,As I mentioned earlier, it could be locked. you would have to contact the cellular provider your uncle was using in the US and see if they provide unlocking services and if you qualify for an unlock. If you do, follow their directions. However, if you do not, then you will not be able to use the device.
