Chrome on Mac shows up on iPhone that shares iCloud account. Safari is unchecked...

Google Chrome on my Mac can be pulled up on the iPhone. I'm not sure if this is some sort of iCloud feature or something else. Can someone tell me how to disable this? While my wife and I share everything, we'd prefer to not have our active websites showing up on our mobile phones.

I would like to add that I find it deeply concerning that Apple doesn't have more easily accessible settings and preferences to change such radical sharing settings. Being we share an iCloud drive, it seems very difficult to disable this sharing feature.

Any help would be appreciated.
