iTunes match down?

Is it down at the moment? My iTunes is coming up with broken cloud symbol. I think maybe there are some issues with iTunes match/store in general because we had great difficulty buying a song a while ago on our iOS devices. After putting in password it said cannot connect to iTunes. We re tried a few times and eventually bought our songs but of course iTunes match is not getting accessed on iTunes for windows so cannot see our songs come up in the 'my music' list.

I know can manually sync or download it by going into account - purchases but it's a worry iTunes match seems to be out
