Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
I have some songs in my iTunes that have an iCloud icon with an arrow facing down and the icon is light color.I can't play this song. Why can't I play this song?
Also some have cloud icons with an x in the middle. What is this?

I have several songs that have a cloud with a down arrow in it. I know this means that it has to be downloaded from cloud but how do you do this?
