May 27, 2015 6:53 AM in response to asopublicby jaredfs,You need to restart the watch as well. Force it to do so by holding both the Digital Crown and the Side Button simultaneously for 10 seconds. It should go black and you can let go. The apple logo will appear and you can wait for it to turn back on. Might as well turn your phone off and back on at the same time. Then try to update.

May 27, 2015 9:09 AM in response to asopublicby bjnesbitt,I had the same issue and what was the reason for the infinite loop of trying to download was because my iPhone was not connected to WIFI. As soon as I connected iPhone to WIFI the software update downloaded. You will need to have your watch charger too, as the update requires watch to be plugged into power.
