So my brand new apple earbuds that you get with your iPhone (in this case my iPhone 5s) I noticed that they only played fully on the right side. But other left side, if you turn it so you're ear is hearing through the back speaker, you can here it perfectly. I have tried it on other iPhones and still the same outcome. Looking for a easy solution.

Sounds like the earbuds are defective if you've tried them on different devices and they're not working on those devices. Bring them to Apple for evaluation and replacement.
Thing is that I've tried different pairs of the new version ear pods and it only seems to affect them. But if I use the old ear buds they used to give you, they work perfectly. Do you think it might be my phone?
Possibly, so I would be sure to bring the phone to Apple as well when you go.
