There's water in the Liquid Indicator but yet to turn red fully. Can recover? How much cost for repairing? HELP...

$299 USD to replace the iPhone.
If it still works, back it up as quickly as possible...it'll probably die soon.
But I'm in Malaysia, and I didn't buy insurance. Just normal warranty..
I tried turn on the phone after 24 hours, but it didn't work.
I'm waiting for next 24 hours and check the condition again..
If you only have the normal warranty and the phone was purchased in Malaysia, then take it to an Apple store in Malaysia and they'll offer you an out-of-warranty replacement, for a fee.
