fetching mass pricing....... meaning?

I set up and id to do apps and also have one to do ibooks made on iAuthor, and delivered with producer. Someone else was dealing with this, so I am a bit confused here.

the id is linked to gmail. When the book is exported everything is ok, but when it gets to the pricing a error message reads ' the id is incorrect while fetching mass pricing ' ............what does it mean ? there are two other apple id's but the both will not let me export to producer ( one was used for the apps )

can anyone please give me a little info here. We have uploaded a few kids books so i don't understand why everything has stopped now ? I still have the yearly apple developer accounts all renewed
