Sharing Tab

why don't I have the sharing tab in my photos. I have the iphone 5s and the ipad mini and have just joined family sharing, but in order to share photos I must have this tab apparently.

iPad Mini, iOS 8.3

Where are you looking?

In the Photos app on the Mac?

What are you trying to share?

Apparently I share my photos with the sharing tab in between photos and albums at the bottom of the photos app in iphone or ipad. However I don't have this tab even though I have the latest operating system. Do you know how I fix this.
