on payment method we do all that your's websites show information but there is option showing 'NONE' option on payment method please help.i will trying for a while but your discusting method irritate and angry me.that's samsung is better then iphone.

This is a user to user forum. Apple is not here, and your opinion of Apple and Samsung are of no concern to us. There are only two ways to get the "None" option for your payment method, and both are clearly described in the article you linked from:
1. You can download a FREE app with no Apple ID signed into iTunes, and when it asks for an Apple ID, you would need to create a new one OR
2. You can put a credit card on the account and once it is there, you need to download something from the iTunes store (it can be a free app), and then you can change your payment method to "None"
