how do i address: p04-imap.mail.me.com rejecting my password?
My mail keeps asking for my password for my me.com account. And once i typed it in, it keeps saying: password rejected by p04-imap.mail.me.com
deleted my iCloud account on my mail and when i tried to set it back up, same message appeared again on the account preferences window.
What do I do?
And my support chat was disconnected, but once i went back in, there was no "chat" option available anymore, only scheduling a call or call later option. Is our chat with a technical support limited in time?
