Changing table of content elements

Hi,

I am in trouble to customize my table of content in iBooksAuthor.

What I want:

A blank page without any elements (labels, frames, ...). Only a placeholder for a Image and a self created textbox with a short description of the included sections.

What actually is:

A template with frames, textbox, picture and labels.

What I have tried:

  • Remove Labels: doesnt work but I put the chapter text-label to the unvisible area. It's ok!
  • Remove frames --> doesnt work. I am not able to select them. Tried to select them and bringt into back or front doesnt work.

Can you help me?

The bottom part is the area where the thumbnails will appear, so you can't remove that. The top part is there to show you where the top menu appears when the use taps on the screen to make it appear. This is also something you can't remove. However, these are just guides, they won't actually show up in your book.
