What does "bad usage" of a phone means?

Hello, I have kept my phone in a spigen case, never fell, never got wet, never put pressure or heavy objects on it. My iphone 6 is now curved on the side where the volume keys are , what does exactly a "bad usage" of this device means ? Will a 30 minutes call that heats up the phone and makes it bend by pressing your year on the speaker mean a "bad usage" ? Thank you for your help, I am experiencing a bad situation and I really would like someone to explain me what's happening.

iPhone 6, iOS 8.3, 16 gb grey

It would take a lot more than a 30 minute call with the iPhone pressed against your ear to cause it to bend. Consumer Reports did independent tests of how much force is required to bend the iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus and it took quite a bit of force. I don't remember the pounds per square inch but you wouldn't be able to do it simply by pressing the iPhone to your ear.

Maybe if you described your situation a little more we can be of better help.

I am starting to think that I am just an unlucky statistic number. I had 100% care of my phone, after paying twice for the reparation of my iphone5. I have asked just what "bad usage" of a phone means, since is a 300€ worth definition. I have been told that my phone bent because I have kept it in my pocket and I have to pay the damage for it. How can it happen that with this high fusion point and this huge resistance per pound I was the only and most unlucky guy in this world ? Perhaps I am a zombie and I've spent all my nights trying to bend my phone without realizing it. Thank you for your help, I know that I won't win.
