I'm having a problem with icloud and re-downloading movies to itunes on computer.

I can't re-download to iTunes the movies I've purchased in iCloud. I had to delete from Itunes because it took too much space (have 211 movies) now I just want to download a couple and cannot redownload from the cloud. The couple that have the cloud on them says it has already been downloaded. Some do not have the cloud on them.

Im just trying to sync my ipad and have a couple movies on the ipad (it also will not download the movies to the ipad from the cloud)
