How to remove smartinstaller (completely) from your Mac

Hi everyone

When I try to download something on my mac, this 'smartinstaller' pops up and tries to help me with the download. I already read a lot about it, with his trojan horse structure, not something you need on your mac.

In other comments there was told to put it in your trash, then empty it and restart your mac. I followed these steps but it still opens to help you download your program.

Can someone help me on this one?
