Q: imac bluetooth keyboard recognized by computer but not responding

Have you tested the keyboard with another bluetooth device so you can see if it's the keyboard or the computer? That would be my first step. Obviously checking batteries as well.

No, the first step is following Apple's instructions!

i would first try new batteries b4 doing anything else poor signal strenth
