I am running iOS 8.3
When I delete photos from my Camera Roll, they automatically delete from my Photo Stream. I don't think it's supposed to work that way, but I can't find much information about it. Please help!

This has changed with iOS 8. When you delete from the Camera Roll, you will delete from My Photo Stream as well.
With iOS 8 you are supposed to sync your devices with iCloud Photo Library. My Photo Stream is only there for compatibility reasons for older iOS versions, but you cannot delete any longer selectively from the Camera Roll, without deleting from the photos stream as well.
Why do photos delete from Photo Stream when I delete them from Camera Roll?
