Moving windows between my Macbook Pro and External Apple display restarts the computer

Hi,

I have a really annoying problem, hopefully anyone knows what to do?

I'm using my Macbook Pro Retina (15-inch, Mid 2014) with an extra display (Apple thunderbolt display 27").

When I'm moving windows between the two screens the screens get black and the computer restarts, yes really annoying.

Anyone has any idea what might be wrong?

Tried with another Apple Thunderbolt display and got the same result (=computer restarts when moving windows between screens).

Tried with another no Apple display, it works fine.

OSX 10.9.5
